In an attempt to stop companies from using her likeness, O**** is suing acai berry companies. I am afraid to actually use her name as even the mention of her name seems enough to land you in court.

I do not condone some of the unethical advertising that goes on in the health and fitness world, but this seems to be going too far. From what I can tell, O**** is claiming that neither her or a doctor I fear to name as well have never made any claims about acai berry and do not endorse any products. I can buy the endorsement part, but I have seen the shows where the benefits of the acai berry have been praised. If you google the term acai berry, an article on the official O**** website talks about how beneficial they are.

As a celebrity, you lose some of your privacy. The public has paid O**** millions if not billions of dollars and having your picture everywhere is part of the deal. If somebody says “O**** specifically endorses this product” and that is not true, I can understand the lawsuit. However to say “acai berries as seen on O****” and be sued seems wrong. I have seen acai berries on O**** so why should it be illegal to say that.

Acai berry supplements are being sold almost everywhere today. They are being featured on news programs, talk shows, and health programs. They are even being criticized as a scam.

This review is not going to tell you about how good specific acai berry supplements are. In fact, if you see a review that claims to provide results from multiple supplements, I will almost guarantee the results aren’t real.

For every product I tried, the cancellation process was really easy. I never had to wait on hold for a long time. I also did not run into any language barriers. Many of the offers have a newsletter or something else you are signed up for and I didn’t have any issues cancelling them either.

Acai Burn is one of the most popular weight loss supplements on the market today. You will usually see this supplement marketed as a free trial, but you can order the bottles in a buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get 2 free which brings the cost down to around $35 a bottle which is about the best price you are going to find for weight loss supplements.

If you choose to order the free trial, you can get a bottle sent to you for a 14 day trial. The trial period starts when you get the bottle in the mail not on the day you order it so you do get some time to evaluate it. If you choose to cancel, there is an 800 number you can call or you can go to the Acai Burn website and cancel via Live Chat without ever talking to anybody. You will have to return the unused portion of the bottle.

Acai Fire is another weight loss supplement targetted at men. The website is probably the least informative of any acai berry related site I have seen and it really doesn’t tell you what is in the supplement which is a shame because it is a pretty good supplement as far as ingredients.

This supplement is offered as a free trial. The cost of the monthly auto-shipment is higher than Acai Burn and Acai Burn Xtreme, but they will give you a better deal if or when you cancel your auto-shipment (it is way better, like about 1/4 of the cost). If you cancel you do it online and never have to talk to anybody and you get to keep the bottle.

The main ingredients of Acai Fire are organic acai and green tea leaf extract. You also get vitamin B6, vitamin B12, ginger root, and rhubarb root.

Acai Nutraburst

Acai Nutraburst is one of the most versatile weight loss supplements I have seen. They will offer you a Moisture Miracle lotion package when you order, but you have to add it so you don’t have to worry about it being added without your knowledge.

The free trial offer is pretty similar to all the others. The monthly auto-shipment cost is more than Acai Burn, but less than some others. Cancelling was super easy. All I did was send an email to the support email address. I was leary to do this, but I got an email confirmation the next day that I was cancelled. You get to keep the bottle even if you cancel.

This supplement has tons of popular weight loss and health ingredients. Their proprietary blend includes hoodia, green tea, acai berry, noni fruit, and resveratrol. It is basically a who’s who of the natural health supplement world right now.

Amazon Thunder

Amazon Thunder is one of the leading suppliers of pure acai berry products. They do not have extra ingredients other than camu camu fruit which is added to some of their powdered products to improve the absorbtion and increase vitamin C content.

Amazon Thunder does not offer free trials, but the prices are lower than any of the monthly auto-shipment products. If you are looking for pure, organic acai berry supplements, this may be the way to go.

As far as returns, you can return any unopened packages.

Resveratrol is a compound found naturally in certain plants and foods. Some plants produce it in response to stress, injury, fungal infection, or ultraviolet light. It is found in some foods including grapes, wine, grape juice, peanuts and certain berries like blueberries and cranberries.

Based on the information above, if you eat a cup of red grapes, you get almost as much resveratrol as you would in a glass of wine. Some resveratrol supplements are advertised to contain 500 mg per capsule which is about 500 times more powerful than red wine or grapes.

There has been a lot of research done already on resveratrol and the potential health benefits it may provide. Much of the research has been done in the lab on mice, fruit flies, small fish, and directly on cells. Initial results from this research indicates there is a lot of potential for good with resveratrol supplements. Given the recent media exposure, there will be many more studies done to try to validate the health benefits for people.
