Its has come to light that in many destinations in Europe there may be a shortage of rental vehicles this summer.  According to one of the largest car hire brokers in the UK which deals with all the major rental companies, many of them have cut their running costs which has meant buying less replacement cars, so they are running smaller fleets. These cuts are around 25% or more and they predict supply shortages in several destination during the peak season this year.
