Becoming an alpha male is important for good deal of men out there. You know what I’m saying. The guy that’s always in command. The guy who always takes charge of a situation. The one that catches the eye of every woman he runs across.

Some guys try to become “alpha” by cutting others down to raise their “social proof. “  They are constantly bragging about every little achievment that they experience, and take every opportunity to show off.

These men are being dumb and you don’t want to copy them.

These guys are not alpha males. They just reveal themselves to be total jerks that are starving for attention .

Real alpha men don’t prove themselves to anyone. They do not waste time on other people’s opinions of them because they know what they stand for. They are out doing their own thing and do not put any importance on the vanity of if other people see them as “alpha.”

In order to become an alpha male, you need to stop caring about others’ opinions of ou and just do your own thing. Stop trying to prove to everyone that you are an alpha male. Real alpha guys don’t need to prove themselves to anybody because they’ve already learned to accept themselves.

Okay, now for the information you can use.

Take initiative when it comes to decisions. Quit passively waiting for others to decide things, just make decision for them. It does not even matter if you care that much about the decision. Simply decide on something. A lot of people just do not feel comfortable making decisions for other people and wait for someone else to do it. Plus you can avoid those ten minute “I don’t know, what do you want?” conversations. Taking charge of a situation is simple, and most people will just simply fall in line behind you.

You will also want to get clear about what your life is about. What are your life goals?  Who or what are you becoming?  Alpha males have sturdy values. Don’t let other people tread on your values. However, you should not be too eager to get into a fight or start an arguement. It is usually possible to solve disagreements with a civilized conversation, but don’t be afraid to fight if someone is flat out rude and refuses to appologize. Once you grasp this, confidence and alpha male body language will just naturally flow from you. There is no reason to feel uncomfortable and rigid when you know what you value most in life.

Quit putting so much energy into becoming an “alpha male. Just work on following your life goals and everything else in your life will naturally take care of itself. The True alpha guys do not value how everyone else sees them, so neither should you.
