The Law of Attraction, which everyone by now knows that the basis is you will attract what it is you think about, the main point is that your mind will manifest whatever you think about. To help you remember a past life, a good tool that can prove very beneficial when referred back to is a journal. In your journal you will need to record all your thoughts and feelings. Long ago there was a movie called Field of Dreams, which starred Kevin Costner. He was a farmer in the middle of Iowa trying to make a living during a difficult period. One day while riding his tractor, a voice said, ‘If you build it they will come.’ He glanced around for a bit, and then went about his business until it happened again. This voice was actually his subconscious mind.

Through understanding how your own subconscious mind power works you will be able to change every aspect of your life that you are unhappy with. The power of your mind is amazing. There are no limits to what you can achieve if you are able to take control of this power.

I apologize if you haven’t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn’t really give that much away. It’s a great feel good story and one that can teach us a valuable lesson about subconscious mind power. If you truly believe in what it tells you, then it will happen. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.

Most studies have shown at least some of what is called the ‘placebo effect.’ That is, at least some of the people in the placebo group have shown ‘effects’ from the ‘drug,’ even though they’ve actually gotten a placebo. That is, their subconscious minds decided that they had gotten the drug and produced some of the same benefits and side effects as they were told the actual medication would give them. Simply, these patients believed they had gotten the medication, so their subconscious minds produced the medication’s effects to at least some degree.

You may have been subject to it and not even known. Doctors are very good at staying positive when they’re with a patient. Rarely will you find someone like House who is sarcastic and gives you every dying detail. Instead, they will focus on the positive and that the medication or procedure they’re prescribing is the right answer.

What do these two examples above prove? That the power of suggestion AND the power of the subconscious mind will give you a very powerful results. If you want to spend more time with the kids, then your visualization should be about you laughing and playing with them in yard, during the middle of the week when you would normally be at work. You can make the visualization any way you want as long as it’s a positive outlook.

Since everything seems to work with visualization today, we recommend using a physical picture. It could be a new car you took with your camera phone or a new house with you standing in front of it. Whatever the case may be, having that acknowledgement that something could be yours will begin your path to the inner portion of your subconscious mind.

People have known about the power of the subconscious mind for many years, and many have used it to their benefit. Only recently, though, has science begun to understand how very real this process is.

Another aspect you need to understand is the explanations behind quantum physics. While this always includes pure energy, it has allowed us to understand that the subconscious mind can create and manipulate it. In short, the energy wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the observer.
