A great place to go if you are experiencing a panic attack in public is a public restroom. down while your having a panic attack is the bathroom.~A public bathroom is a great place to go when you are having an attack.}settled until your panic attack settles.~You can get some privacy in a stall to give yourself a chance to calm yourself until the panic attack calms down.~A person can calm themselves down in the privacy of a stall and wait there until their panic attack goes away}

STOP PANIC ATTACKS FROM INTERFERING WITH YOUR LIFE

A great {tip you can also use is to join support groups for anxiety and panic attack sufferers.~Make sure you interact with an anxiety and panic attack sufferer support group.~Meeting up with a anxiety support group would go a long ways in your recovery.} If you can’t find one nearby you can always find one on the Internet. These support groups can play a {huge part on how to stop your panic attacks.~Support groups can play a big part in helping you recover from panic attacks.}
