I just ignore the warning signs as for many weeks before, I had been having short dizzy spells,many times a day. This was not like the dizziness where your head spins like a top. The one I got was more subtle, like standing up too quickly, a bit lightheadedness, you know what I mean? I didn’t think much of it at first, I thought that is was a bit of stress, I certainly didn’t think of anxiety. So I let it go.
