Home Design and DIY are two of my main hobbies.  I love planning a layout for a room and seeing it come together.  I think I drive my husband mad as I am always changing things around in the house!

With this site I hope to pass on some of my tips and advice from years of experience.  I am not an expert (I wish!) but I have picked up a lot of skill through trial and error.  If I can save you from some of the mishaps I have experienced then I will be very happy.

Over the years, like many of us, I have become more aware of living in a more healthy, green environment.  I believe if we all make small changes and do our bit then we can make a difference.  To that end some of my tips and advice will cover “green living” topics.
