Passion flower has also been shown to ease anxiety. The bulk of most extracts are commonly standardized in the 4 percent area.
St. John’s Wort is also another effective herbal remedy for anxiety. And did you know it has also been commonly used for years in both the u.S. and throughout Europe for helping to relieve symptoms of depression. In some clinical trials it has been shown to outperform even the widest selling doctor prescribed and somewhat dangerous depression prescriptions.
