A diet that is high in low fat protien, has a rich source of calcium and iron, have been proven to be particularly beneficial when it comes to gaining height. Vitamin D is also important whilst taking calcium (many dairy products now have it added) and vitamin C when taking iron (leafy green vegetables containg both). Now although the foods above can assist in adding some height to yoru statuer, if you have a diet high in trans-fat and lots of processed foods which have been altered chemically your body will not function at it’s peak. A body that does not have the resources to function optimally will never develope into the best it can. It will never achieve it’s true potential and the height that has been coded into it’s DNA.
