<p>Consistency is one of the most important variables in reaching great exercise program results. However, you must be motivated on your physical fitness program to have the best chance at staying consistent.</p>
<p>Most fitness enthusiasts do not witness great results such as loss of body fat because they fail to follow the 4 <em>fitness workout plan</em> motivators that I am about to empower you with.</p>
