Cure Your panic attacks and any other anxiety disorder

In this article I shall offer information on my preferred method to cure panic attacks. In the past the obvious solution was to seek medical attention that would usually involve medication. This idea has been rejected by many.

The problem with drug related solutions has been the relatively low level of success and the bad side effects associated with the medicine.

Sufferers often complained of heightened tension, low libido and addiction to the drugs. Some felt that there merely swapped one problem for another.

Yet there are viable alternatives available to the panic attack sufferer. Cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) has had some very impressive results in recent years, for example (the methods we recommend are based on this cbt modal). Those include panic away and the linden method. Both the linden method and panic away are equally effective.

The way CBT works is it retrains the brain to react differently to the stimuli that caused it such anguish in the past. Experts in this field view the problem lies in the person's responses to his/her environment and not in a chemical imbalance in the brain.

CBT has grown in popularity, probably as a result of the negative results generated by the medical approach. In certain countries (such as Israel) this therapy is rather new with just a handful of hospitals using it. Encouragingly the results have been very impressive.

the advantages of this therapy is that it empowers the sufferer to take control of their lives. The patient is given directions and guides that educates the brain to react better than it did. This therapy has been effective in other anxiety related disorders as well including obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety problems.

In fact this system holds the key to any phobia or addiction a person might have. we are not "forced" to over eat (or whatever the problem might be).The addict decided to act in a negative way and is encouraged to do so by the brain.

I hope this article gives you strength and a real belief that you can take control of your life
