If you’re like me, the hunt to be in form and manage weight feels overwhelming. And, as if the hunt to be match isn’t laborious enough, there’s often alternative obstacles to beat: health issues, time management, mustering up courage or energy. Even if you’ve been exercising for a while, there’s perpetually new barriers to be broken. Thus, how to put all of this into perspective?

Your solely job is to trust it and listen.
