Tech Education

I live in a computer world.  Between networking businesses and consulting, I fix computer problems for business and regular people.  When someone doesn’t want to deal with a computer problem and wants it done fast – they call me.  What I have learned is giving people a base set of knowledge helps me communicate with customers and gives them a sense of empowerment.  I want people to challenge me and ask questions – I learn and give better answers, you learn and give me better questions!
